Position
Fiona Hinds is a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. She acts on a wide range of commercial disputes and has notable expertise in complex cross-border fraud claims, financial services and sport.
Fiona regularly advises on emergency action, including without notice injunction and asset recovery procedures. She has a particular specialism where there are concerns about money laundering, proceeds of crime or regulatory compliance.
Many of Fiona’s clients are active in the financial services sector, including fund managers and investment funds, regulated entities and authorised persons. She regularly advises on partnership, joint venture and company disputes in this industry.
As co-head of the firm’s Sports group, Fiona also advises individuals, agents, managers and businesses on a range of disputes in the sport sector. She acts predominantly in football and equestrianism, but has experience in a variety of international disciplines.
Fiona takes a practical and commercial approach, which is invaluable when her clients need urgent action to protect their assets.
