Anastazija is senior associate at Polenak Law Firm. Her areas of practice cover the full spectrum of the Labor and Employment sector. She has experience in preparation of all relevant labour-related documents, employment and management agreements, various projects of different models of employee transfer as a result of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and transfer of business, as well as representation of clients in different labor law disputes. She also provides legal advice to domestic and foreign clients regarding all aspects of labour and employment law, including termination of employment and collective redundancies.
