Ms. Tuğba Uluay is a counsel at ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Istanbul Commerce University School of Law in 2010. Ms. Uluay was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2011. Following three years of practice as a litigation attorney, she joined ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law in 2013. Ms. Uluay obtained her LL.M. degree from Istanbul University School of Law in 2015. She has extensive experience as a litigator in dispute resolution, commercial law, contracts law, employment law, consumer law, enforcement and bankruptcy law.
