Career
Crenguța Florea is a highly experienced corporate lawyer and part of ZRVP’s consultancy management team. As one of the most longstanding members of the DBO team, Crenguța joined ZRVP’s team in 2020 following the merger of the two law firms.
Crenguța has over 13 years of professional experience and is specialized in real estate and corporate & commercial law.
Having a result-oriented professional approach, Crenguța advises local and international clients on urban and industrial development projects, construction (including FIDIC contracts), leasing transactions. Her experience involves also advisory services on regulatory and licensing issues. She has been involved in real estate projects for the development of hypermarket-type shopping centers as well as urban development real estate projects with a residential focus. Her extensive experience in this sector focuses on transactions involving the expansion of industrial parks and production lines and capacities for clients operating in the textile and wood products industry.
Crenguța has also extensive experience in corporate governance, being involved in highly strategic commercial issues and providing legal assistance regarding the day-to-day business activity of clients. Her expertise includes negotiation and structuring of complex real estate transactions and commercial contracts. Crenguța coordinates due diligence investigations, M&A transactions and offers complex legal advice on collateral operations.
