With 25 years of experience Dr. Any-Gbayere has extensive practice in legal advisory and arbitration in the West Africa region. Recent works involve representing client like Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Ophir Energy and ENI on PSC and JOA negotiation, China National Petroleum Corporation on petroleum right acquisition, Techmahindra in telecom, Anglo Gold Ashanti and CAT for mining finance deal. Rabobank ,Barak fund, China Exim Bank and India Exim bank in a project finance transaction and Commerzbank for securities regulation. Société Générale, BNP, for employees’ shares plan scheme.
Prior to joining AnyRay, he worked for PWC as legal and Tax manager and for unilever as General Counsel.

Education
Ray graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (Berkeley Law) and from the london University at Queen Marry (UK) where he received respectively an LL.M, a JSD and a PgDip in International Commercial Arbitration. He also holds a post graduate degree in Business law from the University of Abidjan in ivory Coast and a Certificate in English law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He received his first law degree from the Université Francois Rabelais de Tours in France.
He studied tax law at the University of Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne.
