Another recent arrival is Lars Kjær, who joined from Bech-Bruun and focuses on real estate financings. Other key names include Niels Wive Kjaergaard, who heads up the construction team and has a strong track record in litigation; Niels Gram-Hanssen, who focuses on real estate transactions and tenancy issues, and recently advised Wihlborgs on its acquisition of 16 commercial properties in Greater Copenhagen from Danica Pension Fund; and managing partner Thomas Stampe, who regularly handles real estate transactions.
