Intellectual property: the team in Bangkok provides a broad spectrum of services, from protecting clients’ innovations and creations (patents, trade marks, designs etc.) to negotiating licence agreements, setting up technology transfer operations in Thailand or undertaking anti-counterfeiting actions and litigation against intellectual property rights infringers (investigations, raids and prosecution).

Contract: the firm has experience in various commercial contracts including licensing, distribution, assignment, sale and purchase agreement, marketing agreement, service agreement, lease agreement.
