Peter specialises in shipping, international trade and commodities litigation and arbitration, advising and acting for trading companies, owners, charterers, banks and insurers. His shipping experience includes a wide range of charterparty disputes (time and voyage charter), bill of lading, ship management and S&P disputes. His trade and commodities experience includes coal, iron ore, metals, oil/petroleum, agricultural products and soft commodities. He is qualified to practice in both English and Hong Kong Courts and has considerable experience of arbitrations in Hong Kong, London and Singapore.
