Pierre, who heads the Brussels office, has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients in both the Belgian and French markets.

Pierre manages the Brussels and Paris aviation practice comprising 10 lawyers who have a reputation for providing the full range of legal services to the aerospace industry, including advising on finance and leases, competition and regulation, State aid, procurement, as well as claims and insurance litigation. Pierre is involved in several leading aviation cases in Europe, ranging from State aid to airlines and airports to aircraft accidents. He is recognised as a leading individual in the Legal 500 Belgium (Aviation: tier 1), as well as in the Legal 500 (tier 2) and Chambers France, with clients praising his full range practice.

His team is also known beyond aerospace for its niche practice in State aid, privatisation, public procurement and public service obligations.

The team has also developed a significant Belgian insurance practice and they are instructed in several high profile Belgian insurance claims, including fire, industrial hazards and professional liability, as well as in a number of insurance regulatory matters.
