Jean-Baptiste specialises in commercial litigation and transport law, with specific expertise in aviation liability and logistics.

He acts for a number of domestic and international airlines, insurers and other aerospace entities on a wide range of matters, such as multi-jurisdiction major catastrophe losses, personal injuries, cargo matters and passenger claims. He also has experience of General Aviation matters and advises on non-contentious aspects and matters related to travel law, consumer law and commercial law.

He assists logistics players, particularly those specialized in last mile transport, in matters related to litigation. His expertise also covers the drafting and review of contracts and regulatory advices.
