Claire is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Hodge Jones & Allen.

As well as experience in both commercial and civil litigation, Claire specialises in multi jurisdictional high value dispute resolution, and has considerable experience of defending and pursuing cases involving fraud and dishonesty. She has experience of responding to and procuring Worldwide Freezing Orders, and other injunctory relief.

Many of Claire’s cases have an international element. She has successfully pursued cases in Canada, Australia, the Middle East, the Russian Federation and EU Member states.

Claire is also highly experienced in all kinds of negotiation, but has a special interest in mediation, she has advised and assisted in over 40 mediations.
Claire is a qualified mediator and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Claire trained in South Yorkshire, before moving to Ashton Morton Slack in Sheffield, and later Brooke North in Leeds. She moved to London in 2014, and was a senior associate at Fletcher Day before moving to Hodge Jones & Alen.
