She specialises in acting for senior executives and other professionals and has particular expertise in conducting complex workplace discrimination claims involving sex, maternity, race, and religious discrimination. She has secured numerous high-value settlements against large multinationals, including financial institutions and PLCs.
Much of her work focuses on acting for senior executives in the city who are discriminated against following their return from maternity leave and those experiencing race discrimination in the workplace.
Homa negotiates enhanced termination packages for clients and robustly defends performance and misconduct allegations. Clients include, chief executives and directors of international companies and senior managers.
Her employer clients range from large companies to SMEs, charities and NGOs. She is highly skilled in guiding employers through capability procedures, grievances and disciplinary proceedings and robustly defending legal claims. She also offers training to companies on a variety of HR issues, such as best practice in recruiting, disciplining and dismissing employees.
