FPS‘ interdisciplinary approach covers the advice on acquisitions of undeveloped properties via project developments, the drafting of residential agreements, tenancy matters and asset management as well as sales. The practice also covers interfacing tax and financing matters. Dietrich Sammer (portfolio and individual property transactions, commercial and residential tenancy agreements, in and out-of-court litigation), Hendrik Sandmann (transactions, project developments, tenancy and real estate law) and Lars Voigt (transactions) jointly head the team, which also includes Nina Jarass Cohen (real estate, construction, planning and environmental law), who was appointed to partner in January 2023.
