Firm partner, Philippe Feitussi is an experienced business-law lawyer specialized in both advisory and litigation matters. He assists his clients in the framework of negotiations, legal structuring, litigation and arbitration.

His extensive experience in counseling and litigation has given him a strategic and global vision of his clients’ matters.

He has earned numerous distinctions reflecting the market recognition of his practice.

After an experience in Oxford, he joined a first law firm as an associate. In 2001, he created a business law department dedicated to the environment in a major French law firm, where he became a partner. In 2007, he is one of the founders of Genesis Avocats where he has developed an important international network.

He has been a lecturer, notably at Paris V, Paris I, CNAM, ESAM and INSEEC.
