Position

With over 20 years of experience and a solid base of both French and Anglo-Saxon clients, Pierre-Emmanuel Fonteilles specializes in real estate investments, M&A and Private Equity transactions. He advises institutional investors (insurance companies, investment funds), industrial and service groups as well as wealthy families.

In addition to his M&A, real estate M&A and other transactional activities, Pierre-Emmanuel Fonteilles often intervenes in the field of partnerships (between investors, investors and managers, or investors and developers), in various industrial, trade or service sectors and notably, in the real estate sector (property development), hotel industry and health care.

Career

Before founding Fairway, Pierre-Emmanuel founded the law firm Lefébure Fonteilles Associés in 2005 where he worked until the end of 2010. Before this, he practiced during a decade at the firms PDGB, Landwell & Associés and Lovells (in Paris and London).
