She advises insurance companies on claims related to international transport.
Malwina is an expert in transport insurance, in particular, she represents insurers in pre-court and court disputes concerning the recovery of recourse claims on account of international transport.
She recommends optimal solutions for starting business activity in Poland in the form of commercial law companies and provides legal compliance services.
Malwina supports clients in preparing and evaluating contracts in the field of labour law (employment contracts, managerial contracts, non-competition agreements), as well as providing clients with ongoing legal services in employment matters.
She provides clients with support in the field of intellectual property law and new technology law.
Malwina provides legal assistance in recognizing and enforcing Polish court and arbitration awards or settlements abroad, as well as in the recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitration awards or settlements in Poland.
She graduated from the School of German Law organized by the University of Cologne, Germany and the University of Gdańsk.
She also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law and New Technology Law at the University of Gdańsk.
