The ‚Äėhighly recommended‚Äô David Mkhitarian¬†advised North Edge Capital on its ¬£20m investment in Cubic Motion and advised Waterland Capital Private Equity on its ¬£20m first direct UK investment in Gas Tag. Mark Fitzgibbon¬†heads the commercial and IP team, which recently welcomed Tracey Sheehan¬† from Dentons¬†as head of telecoms.
