Undertakes a wide range of employment issues but is particularly known for his employment tribunal advocacy.Jeff has considerable experience in directors’ fiduciary duties and the Companies Act. For many years, he carried out s.6 civil disqualification proceedings for the Treasury Solicitor’s Department. He has also acted in many shareholder disputes and company deadlock situations. He regularly advises on senior executive’s appointments and terminations.
Jeff’s expertise covers advocacy and all forms of representation of TUPE equality and diversity.
