Career

After passing the qualification exam in 2013, Sabine became Latvian and European Trademark and Design Attorney. She is consulting local and foreign clients in the field of trademark law, including trademark opposition matters, trademark infringement matters and protection of the intellectual property rights before customs and police authorities (anti-counterfeiting matters), as well as provides legal services in the field of copyright and unfair competition law. Sabine is responsible also for representation of clients in legal proceedings before EUIPO, the Board of Appeals of Latvian Patent Office as well as in Latvian judicial authorities.
Regulary acts as the invited lecturer at customs/enforcement seminars.
