Anat Sterenlib-Molkho is a partner and heads the firm’s Real Estate and Construction department.

Career

Anat Sterenlib-Molkho Joined the firm in 1990. Over her years of practice Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho has gained extensive experience in complicated financing and real-estate transactions, working with both developers and recipients of financing, on ventures involving residential projects, profitable assets, requital transactions, commercial, industrial and office projects and hotels. Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho accompanies transactions with ongoing legal counseling through all phases of the project, starting with the acquisition of a property, including due diligence, changing the property’s assignment, building permits, infrastructure, financing of the project, tax planning and marketing of the project, all aspects of construction including agreements with constructors and various service providers, through to the registration of the project. Throughout the process Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho accompanies the project and deals with all relevant government and municipal bodies. Among the transactions handled by Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho are: • Acquisition groups (“Shahar Tower”, “Ganey Marom”) • Luxury condominium and hotel projects in the marina of Herzliya (Ritz Carlton Herzliya) • Broad residential projects (a residential neighborhood in Yavne- “Tidhar on the park”) • Combination venture and a combined project which included preservation of buildings, commercial space, hotels and residential units (Rothschild project) Key clients: Tidhar Group Ltd., Adi’s Marina Ltd., Rogovin Efraim Ltd., Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd., Shlomo Sixt, Dizengoff Trading Co. 1952 Ltd.
