Our practice area covers all areas of law applicable to financial institutions providing services in France and, in particular: (i) communication with regulators (licensing/authorisations, notifications and reportings, change of control etc.), (ii) good conduct rules such as AML, professional secrecy, etc., (iii) the marketing of financial and insurance products, (iv) specific regulatory matters, such as custody and clearing, payment services, prudential regulations, etc., and (v) review and drafting of financial contracts, including derivative products and structured finance transactions.
