Laurence advises private and public sector clients on a full range of corporate matters. Areas of expertise include advising on company start ups, corporate governance, investments, and funding agreements. Laurence also advises on company acquisitions and disposals, mergers and collaborations, and group re-organisations.
Education
Laurence studied history and politics at Cardiff University, and after graduating worked for the Charity Commission. Whilst working he studied part-time at London Metropolitan University for his graduate diploma in law and legal practice course. Laurence trained at the Hewitsons and qualified into the corporate team in September 2008.
