Position
I head up the Cheltenham Dispute Resolution team, which includes over 33 in the team. I specialise in Corporate Disputes such as shareholder, franchise and contractual issues. I lead on finance and financial services disputes and fraud, including injunctive relief and acting as supervising solicitor.
