Career

Sandra Jesus is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration team of Caiado Guerreiro, where she provides advice and counsel to several national and international clients; she integrates multidisciplinary teams within the firm to provide personalised advice and follow-up to each client in all areas of law.

In the area of litigation and arbitration, she works with the most diverse areas of law (Contracts, Commercial, Labour, Intellectual Property, Civil, Criminal, Misdemeanour, Insolvency and Restructuring and Family and Inheritance Law).

Among her functions are the management and monitoring of proceedings from the pre-litigation phase – evidentiary due diligence, extrajudicial negotiation – to the conclusion of the judicial phase. In her activity, Sandra Jesus has been involved in developing the area of alternative dispute resolution with a particular focus on arbitration, having participated in several international and domestic arbitrations as a lawyer.
