Kate is a Partner in our Corporate team and advises privately owned businesses on a range of corporate matters including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and general company law issues.

Over the last 2 years she has acted on over 60 significant transactions for clients on both a local and national basis ranging between £1-15m.

Kate prides herself on building long term relationships with her clients, many of whom she has worked with throughout her career.

She has a particular specialism in working for clients in the accountancy sector, who appreciate her no-nonsense approach and commerciality.
