Jérôme is engaged primarily in judicial and arbitration business law litigation. In particular, he advises his clients on complex company law litigation, disputes between shareholders and liability guarantee issues.
Jérôme also benefits from an active and continuous practice in contractual matters, enabling him to assist the firm’s clients in drafting, implementing and terminating their contracts, particularly in commercial matters.
Finally, he is also involved in sports law litigation for professional sport clubs.
In 2003, Jérôme joined the firm’s litigation department where he was made partner in January 2010.

Reinhart Marville Torre‘s large and versatile team handles a diverse caseload, spanning commercial and corporate litigation, shareholders’ conflicts and civil and criminal liability. The team recently won a major case related to the contentious payment of a deceased football player’s transfer fees. It is also representing clients in disputes against leading retailers and distributors. The team assists a prominent French client base, including a number of leading retailers, energy producers and investment funds. Louis-Marie Absil, Antoine Dérot, Jérôme Marsaudon, Marc Susini and Jean Reinhart are the practice heads. The arrival of commercial litigation and WCC expert Gaspard Lundwall from Veil Jourde in early 2024 further strengthens the team.
