Career
Antoine practises in the area of dispute resolution. Familiar with alternative methods of dispute settlement, particularly mediation, he is primarily involved with commercial and financial litigation.
He runs the Competition/Consumer Affairs/Distribution department in the framework of which he assists the firm’s clients in developing and implementing their commercial practices.
In particular, Antoine advises banking and financial establishments, players in the large-scale distribution and restaurant sectors, corporate services companies, as well as manufacturers, software publishers and producers of food products.
Antoine started his career with the firms Rambaud-Martel and Deprez Dian Guignot and became a partner of the firm in 1999. He regularly participates in training courses on certain types of litigation and on distribution and consumer law topics.

Reinhart Marville Torre‘s large and versatile team handles a diverse caseload, spanning commercial and corporate litigation, shareholders’ conflicts and civil and criminal liability. The team recently won a major case related to the contentious payment of a deceased football player’s transfer fees. It is also representing clients in disputes against leading retailers and distributors. The team assists a prominent French client base, including a number of leading retailers, energy producers and investment funds. Louis-Marie Absil, Antoine Dérot, Jérôme Marsaudon, Marc Susini and Jean Reinhart are the practice heads. The arrival of commercial litigation and WCC expert Gaspard Lundwall from Veil Jourde in early 2024 further strengthens the team.

Reinhart Marville Torre‘s practice was bolstered in November 2023 with the addition of the highly experienced Virginie Viallard from Viguié Schmidt & Associés. The growing practice has expertise across merger control cases, antitrust litigation and follow-on damages claims, state aid matters and distribution law, acting for key players in the food and beverages and media sectors. Distribution-focused Antoine Dérot and Alexandre Rios, who is well versed in the full range of EU and competition law, lead the team.
