Dominique’s practice focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions and company law. Dominique works for industrial clients, business people, multinational groups and SMEs. She also supports foreign companies in their establishment and growth in France. In transactional matters, she is involved in setting up joint ventures, partnerships and complex contracts.

Dominique joined the firm in 1999, after initial experience with the firm Kevorkian & Partners. She has been a partner of the firm since January 2007.
