Marc primarily practises in the area of business litigation. He assists and advises the firm’s clients in disputes relating to the non-performance and premature termination of commercial contracts, in disputes arising from differences between shareholders, in disputes which occur during company transfer operations and, furthermore, in disputes relating to unfair competition and infringement.
Marc is also involved in the prevention of company difficulties (implementation of ad hoc mandates or conciliation procedures) and insolvency proceedings (receivership and judicial liquidation). He also assists directors who are subject to coverage of liabilities and personal bankruptcy proceedings.
A lawyer since 1991, Marc practised with the firm Deprez Dian Guignot before joining the firm in 1997 and becoming partner two years later.

Reinhart Marville Torre‘s large and versatile team handles a diverse caseload, spanning commercial and corporate litigation, shareholders’ conflicts and civil and criminal liability. The team recently won a major case related to the contentious payment of a deceased football player’s transfer fees. It is also representing clients in disputes against leading retailers and distributors. The team assists a prominent French client base, including a number of leading retailers, energy producers and investment funds. Louis-Marie Absil, Antoine Dérot, Jérôme Marsaudon, Marc Susini and Jean Reinhart are the practice heads. The arrival of commercial litigation and WCC expert Gaspard Lundwall from Veil Jourde in early 2024 further strengthens the team.
