Position
Mia Lazić is the firm’s head of banking and project finance practice. As a team leader, she participated in various cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and project finance. Her extensive experience includes advising both domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of insolvency and enforcement matters, as well as debt restructuring and sale of NPL portfolios. As a leading lawyer in the field, Mia also deals with complex merger filings, state aid issues and general advice on competition regulatory framework. Mia graduated as the best student of her class, while in 2011, she completed a Master of Law and Business at Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, focusing especially on various aspects of banking and finance.
