Position

Boris Šavorić is a Senior and Managing Partner of Šavorić & Partners. His practice focuses on the representation of Fortune 500, top-notch private equity funds and other multinational companies in connection with the highest-profile corporate and project finance transactions in Croatia. Boris also focuses his practice on banking and finance, capital market, insurance and real estate where he participated in most of the strategic and infrastructural projects in Croatia, privatizations and public tenders exceeding 900 million EUR per year. He also advises and represents companies in court cases, but also in privacy violations, data breaches or cyber-attacks. Boris Šavorić published several articles in legal journals and is often lecturing at legal conferences and the University of Law in Zagreb.

Boris received a Certificate of Appreciation from the renowned World Bank for his work and contribution to Investing Across Borders as well as by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an author of various sections covering Croatian legal developments.
