Career
Monika advises on personal data security and protection in all types of industries and enterprises. Her expertise covers numerous audits and implementations of necessary internal documentation on personal data protection, compliance and corporate security – both in large capital groups and smaller enterprises. She also deals with negotiating and giving opinions on personal data protection agreements and contracts.
She is also experienced in settling court disputes at all stages of proceedings, in particular labor disputes, representing both employers and employees.
She gained her professional experience working for Polish law firms and providing internal legal services to one of companies of an electricity operator’s capital group.
