The ‘business-oriented’ team at Kochanski & Partners specialises in sale and leaseback transactions, and receives instruction from buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Another recent focus for the team has been advising on issues related to green leases and green buildings, guiding clients through the intricacies of ESG considerations. Leading the team is Paweł Cholewiński, who shines ‘both by technical mastery of the subject but also by his qualities as a negotiator’. Cholewiński is capably supported by Weronika Duda and Malwina Jagiełło.
