Juliette Ancelle leads the firm’s IP, employment and dispute resolution practices, with a special focus on in the fields of advanced technologies, entertainment and social media. She also regularly assists clients in the framework of important corporate transactions, acquisitions or financing rounds.
Juliette Ancelle is admitted to practice in Switzerland. She graduated from the University of Lausanne where she obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law, and attended the University of Montreal. She also graduated with an LL. M from the New York University school of law in 2009. She was admitted to the New York bar on that same year.
In 2022, she was awarded the title of SBA labour law specialist and has completed a CAS in employment law from University of Lausanne.
She regularly leads workshops (Venture Lab, Innosuisse) and is often invited to give seminars, classes or conferences in intellectual property, social media and employment law (Federal Institute for Intellectual Property for the degree of patent expert, Masters Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Lausanne, Geneva Bar association CLE, etc.).
