Kateřina Winterling Vorlíčková is a Partner at BBH focusing on civil, business and competition law with her main specialization in corporate and contractual law, M&A including due diligence, real estate, public procurement and public support. In the course of her practice, Kateřina is engaged in private equity transactions and has experience in preparation suitable structures for such investments both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
