Career
Petr’s focus includes deal structuring and advising on complex major acquisition projects, external financing, eventual restructuring and subsequent divestment of such companies or other assets. Within his practice, Petr led teams ensuring acquisition projects with a total value of several tens of billions Czech crowns. Another important part of Petr´s specialization is the area of banking and financial law, especially structured financing and capital markets. In addition to structuring, negotiating and preparing standard credit and security documentation (both bilateral and syndicated), part of his work also includes structuring and preparing documentation related to financial derivatives, especially credit and equity derivatives.
