Career

Andrea Adamcová has cooperated with BBH since 2005. Within her more than ten years of legal practice, she has acquired extensive experience, particularly in the areas of banking and finance, M&A and corporate law. Andrea has played a key role in numerous significant financing projects, including the structuring of syndicated, club and bilateral loans in the representation of leading Czech and international corporations and institutions, both on the lender and borrower side in volumes exceeding tens of billions of Czech crowns. Andrea has further advised on a number of significant acquisition transactions in the Czech and/or international markets and has structured and formed numerous joint ventures, private equity funds and off-shore structures for BBH clients.
