Bernard joined Tiberghien in 1990. He lectures at the University of Brussels (VUB) on tax law and is a frequent speaker at tax seminars in Belgium and abroad. In 2011, Bernard was appointed as auxiliary judge of the Antwerp Court of appeal. He now regularly assists the Court in international tax cases.
