Dharshini was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as barrister in 1999. Before joining Fleet Hamburg as a founding member, Dharshini worked at the Hamburg office of Ince & Co. since 2002.

Education

Studies: Dharshini studied law at Buckingham and worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Maritime Law in Southampton.  Qualifications: She was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as barrister in 1999.
Dharshini is an experienced litigator conducting proceedings in the English courts and arbitration tribunals. She specialises in commercial and maritime matters. On the maritime side, she advises clients in relation to all aspects of dry shipping and admiralty disputes. She also represents clients in the English courts in relation to disputes arising from various commercial contracts. Dharshini has considerable experience in assisting various manufacturing, engineering and trading companies with drafting various types of contracts, to include design, service and supply contracts, and general terms and conditions.
