Pavia e Ansaldo‘s banking and finance practice is co-led by structured finance expert Mario Di Giulio and banking and financing specialist Roberto Zanchi. Caterina Luciani‘s practice includes shipping and transportation law, and in May 2021, borrower-side finance expert Carlo Emanuele Rossi joined as partner from Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato.

Pavia e Ansaldo has a presence in Barcelona and Tokyo and recently opened a new office in Turin, complementing its established offerings in Rome and Milan. The practice, which has grown significantly over recent years, also recently expanded through the partner-level arrival of Carlo Emanuele Rossi from Carnelutti, a move which bolsters the group’s capacity for energy-related M&A.
