Position

Serap leads the Aviation Practice at Çakmak. She has been representing international aircraft manufacturers, lessors, banks and international financing institutions and airlines for over thirty years. She specializes in corporate and equipment finance, and is widely recognized in the legal profession for her expertise in aviation law and aircraft financing in particular. She also regularly advises on regulatory matters and third party claims.

Serap is a regular speaker or moderator at seminars and conferences held in many parts of the world, from Europe to the Middle East, Asia, US and Canada, and has published numerous articles in various publications and books.

Career

Serap joined Çakmak as Partner and Head of the Aviation Department in 2018. Between 2000 and 2018, she was the owner of Serap Zuvin Law Offices.
