Position
Elif specializes in dispute resolution and provides legal assistance to clients at every step of the dispute resolution process. She has a particular focus on administrative, employment and commercial law disputes in Turkey that also have international elements and represents both domestic and international clients in a wide range of litigation matters. She assists clients in various fields such as construction, power plants, energy investments and wholesale trade.
Elif has been involved in a number of significant cases and arbitration proceedings for many high profile clients and has also led several employment disputes at the mediation and settlement stages. She is also experienced in enforcement actions and collection proceedings.
