Position
Eda focuses on infrastructure and energy projects, project finance matters, and mining and metals law. Eda has represented both lenders and sponsors in the acquisition, development and financing of many large-scale projects in the infrastructure, energy, mining, health and transportation sectors including high profile projects based on various public private partnership (PPP) models. She is also assisting clients in resolution of disputes as well as competition law, employment law and commercial law matters.
