Position
Devrim has substantial experience advising and acting for domestic and international banks, underwriters and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers, issuers and other obligors in all types of banking and finance transactions, including numerous landmark and first-time deals. His practice focuses on debt capital markets, structured finance, debt restructurings, project finance, acquisition finance, capital finance, FI transactions, banking law and regulatory advice, other corporate finance and treasury transactions.
Career
Devrim began his career at Çakmak’s Ankara office while still a university student in 1996 and over the years has held positions at various law firms in Istanbul and New York City. He joined Çakmak in January 2020 as Partner and was previously Partner at another leading law firm in Istanbul.
