Youri Steverlynck is a Belgium based lawyer, specialised in corporate law with a broad practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, director’s liability and contracts. He is largely reputed for his expertise in restructuring and insolvency law. His knowledge in financing and securities is an added asset.

Youri is a registered liquidator at the Commercial Court of Antwerp. He has broad international experience in commercial negotiations, sectorial regulations and contact with public authorities.

Youri held several management positions with Belgian companies and abroad. He currently serves as a director of different companies and institutions.

The International Financial Law Review (IFLR1000) commented on Youri: "The work of Youri Steverlynck draws praise from clients who point to his background in business as his best asset.
