Career

Claudio Giordano is the Head of Nunziante Magrone’s Tax team where he provides counsel on a range of domestic, EU and international taxation matters. He is especially well-known for counsel on double taxation, transfer pricing and permanent establishment issues, tax implications of domestic and cross-border restructurings, and VAT aspects of international commerce.

Claudio also has a wealth of knowledge in reference to providing counsel to family businesses on succession planning, corporate governance, and the safeguarding of family wealth. This is in addition to his vast experience of tax litigation where he can represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and the European Court of Justice.

Claudio has launched and is a member of the firm’s cross-department ‘Guichet Francophone’ team which provides multi-practice assistance in French language.
