Nora Keßler advises companies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical technology, cosmetics and fashion as well as representing them in legal disputes over intellectual property, patents and in matters of unfair competition. Nora advises manufacturers at the conceptual phases of advertising, packaging designs and in cases of parallel imports. Due to her fluency in Italian, Nora regularly coordinates procedures in Italy and acts as the contact person in Germany for Italian companies regarding IP matters. Nora Keßler is a partner at the firm and is additionally a lecturer for patent law in the Pharmaceutical Business Administration Masters Program at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. In addition, she teaches pharma license agreements at Bucerius Law School in the Postgraduate Program in IP Law. Nora Keßler is central contact for matters in Life Science and Luxury Goods.
