Vadym is active in M&A, business restructuring, securities, corporate and labor law with the main focus on IT, medicine and pharmaceuticals, agro and aviation sectors.

Career

Prior to joining Asters, Mr. Samoilenko worked as a legal advisor for major investment companies operating in Ukraine, including Western NIS Enterprise Fund, ENSTI, Alfa Capital, and the head of the legal department of Polar-Invest. Also, he was an associate with law firms in Kiev, Kharkiv (Ukraine) and Chicago (USA). Mr. Samoilenko completed a three-month internship at the Federal Parliament of Canada.
