Roman handles the high profile and landmark multi-jurisdictional and multilateral disputes with a primary focus on energy, commodities, shipping, corporate disputes. He represents clients in high-profile international investment and commercial arbitration disputes as well as in Ukrainian arbitration-related litigation matters, including recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments, obtaining interim injunctions in aid of arbitration proceedings.

Roman Protsyshyn personally acts in the first of its kind state-to-state arbitration under the rules of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
