Career

After having been a partner for several years at Fromont Briens & Associés, Elisabeth Graujeman joined Chassany Watrelot & Associés in 2001, where she currently is a managing partner.

For more than 25 years, she has been advising companies on all matters relating to employment and labour law, particularly those related to collective employment relations. More specifically, she advises companies on all the employment and labour aspects of reorganization operations (termination collective agreements, voluntary redundancy plans, employment protection plans, etc.) as well as mergers and acquisitions.

She has also developed a niche expertise as to compensation and benefits.

Elisabeth Graujeman is the author, under the direction of Professor Jean-Emmanuel Ray, of a book titled “Le nouveau droit des retraites après les réformes de 2010 et 2012” (Éditions Liaisons, Coll. Droit vivant, 2nd edition, 2012).
